HOW IT WORKS
1. We start with safety and orientation
Each session begins with a short check-in.
We clarify what your nervous system needs today: grounding, regulation or gentle release and set clear agreements.
2. The session
Through breathwork or therapeutic bodywork, we work with the body’s natural intelligence.
Nothing is forced. Everything is guided by your capacity, signals and consent.
This allows stress and emotional charge to release without reactivating overwhelm.
3. Integration
The session ends with grounding and integration.
You leave feeling more regulated, present and with simple tools to support your nervous system in daily life.
