Breathwork is a powerful practice that supports emotional regulation, especially when it has been disrupted by past trauma.
By using deep, connected breathing, we can activate a state of relaxation and restore balance. Through conscious breath control, we shift from survival mode into a more grounded and present state.
Unprocessed emotions from traumatic experiences often become trapped in the body, leading to tension, pain, or discomfort. As we relax through the breath, these emotions may rise to the surface, giving us the opportunity to process and release them.
Breathwork helps anchor us in the present moment, increasing our awareness of both our body and our emotions.

In-person biodynamic breathwork and trauma release session
I invite you to join me for a 90-minute session, where we will explore the transformative power of breath in a safe, private space in Marz, Austria.

Our session begins with a warm drink, creating a moment of calm and connection. From there, we'll take a moment to tune into your present experience, sensing and describing what is happening in your body.
I will guide you on an inner journey to meet the various parts of yourself with compassion and presence. Through a combination of breath, movement, touch, sound, emotional expression, and meditation, we will explore the body for any blockages in the form of emotional or physical pain, tension, or numbness. When we feel safe and supported, the body begins to open, allowing us to release and restore the natural flow of life energy.
After a few rounds of deep, connected breathing, we will move into a gentle integration phase, where you can sink into your body and observe what is present.
At the end of the session, I will invite you to slowly return to full awareness. There will be space for you to share, if you wish, about your experience.

Online biodynamic breathwork and trauma release session
For those who are unable to attend in person, I offer 60 minute virtual sessions that bring the transformative power of breathwork and body awareness directly to you, no matter where you are.

Group biodynamic breathwork sessions
A transformative 3-hour workshop designed to support you in a safe and nurturing communal environment. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others while engaging in deep exploration of your breath and body awareness, fostering both personal growth and collective connection. The event location will be shared upon announcement.

In-person sessions will be held at Flurgasse 26, 7221 Marz (Burgenland), in a peaceful and private environment. Street parking is available nearby.

I recommend arriving on an empty stomach for your breathwork or bodywork session. If that’s not possible, please choose a light meal and make sure you’re well-hydrated. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle. A meditation cushion, matress and blanket will be provided for you.

Create a calm and nourishing space for yourself, using candles, incense, or a warm blanket to set the mood. Ensure there is enough light so I can see you clearly, and position the camera so that I can view your whole body if seated on a cushion, or your upper body if sitting in a chair. It’s also recommended to use headphones and have tissues nearby.

Abstain entirely:
• People under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.
• Pregnant women, especially in the first trimester, as the release associated with deep breathwork should be avoided.
• Those who suffer from asthma, unless it is very mild. (Mild asthma is sometimes improved with BBTRS®; please consult a physician).
• Severe heart disease, epilepsy, or a history of seizures.
• Mental illness, especially schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and any condition that includes psychosis.
• Severe diabetes, although some people with very mild diabetes, and who are proactive with diet and medication, might tolerate BBTRS®. (Please consult a physician.)
• Acute physical injuries can be exacerbated by some of the autonomic movements in BBTRS®. (Please consult with a physician)
